Heather Klapperich

Heather Klapperich is a member of the Legion Claims Executive team. Heather holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and is SHRM- SCP certified.  She began her claims career with a national claim adjusting firm in 2013 and managed adjusters throughout the U.S. in auto, property, and workers’ compensation. Since joining Legion, she has devoted herself to Human Resources and Resource Management, including call center operations, governmental projects and auto claims deployments.
