Achieving success as a field adjuster involves several components, one of which is being properly equipped to provide professional service. Being properly equipped not only has an impact on your customer service level, but can have a direct impact on your ability to provide excellent claims handling.
There are many “Adjuster Tools” that can be found on the market. This class will compare some of the more traditional tools and techniques with the latest technology such as:

to help you become more accurate, efficient, & profitable.

Once you have registered and paid for the Legion Claims Adjuster Development Program, we will enroll you in each of the courses below: Once you have been enrolled, you will receive notification by email with instructions on how to access the courses.
These are all self-paced interactive videos that you will have immediate 24/7 access as soon as we get you enrolled. Ideally, they will be completed within 30 days from the time you are enrolled.
However, if you have not completed them at that time, please let me know and I can extend your subscription for 30 days. But remember, we are trying to be prepared for a deployment as soon as possible.
If possible, it would be great if you could complete the ILX Construction course prior to our live classroom event starting on Sunday.
Please do not share access to these videos with anyone who has not paid for them. Xactware can track the access from the ip address and device. They will be sent an invoice!

Haag Certified Inspector – Residential Training and Certification: This course will be accessed outside of the Legion Claims Online Training Center. We will email you the instructions on how to access this online course.
Xactimate Training and Certification:
The information below is what you need to prepare for the Live Classroom Xactimate Training and Certification part of the Legion Claims Adjuster Development Program. Please read immediately and download the software prior to class.
Course Description: This Xactimate Training Course is designed for new to intermediate Xactimate users. It is taught by Xactware’s Certified Trainer Barry Smith and conducted in various cities throughout the USA and Canada. Students in this course will acquire the knowledge and skills to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Xactimate tools. Students will be taught the most efficient ways to set up, dimension, scope, and deliver professional estimates through valuable hands-on training. All this is done while preparing students for the Level 1 and 2 certification exams.
*Note: Please arrive 30 minutes early on the first day of class so that you have time to get setup.
Preparation: This seminar will only be on Xactimate version X1. We will be focusing on the Xactimate Desktop platform in our classroom training.
Current Xactimate Subscribers: A STAND ALONE version of Xactimate X1 (Desktop platform) must be installed prior to attending Xactimate training. The software cannot be installed in class. If you are upgrading from a previous version we strongly recommend that you back-up your data files before upgrading, Xactware will not be held liable for lost data files. A Laptop and an external mouse are required to participate in training.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills and knowing how to manipulate a mouse are essential. Brushing up on your computer skills before taking the class is a great way to maximize your learning experience!

Cancellation Policy: A $50 per person charge is applied to all changes and/or cancellations not initiated by Barry Smith. Cancellation refunds: A full refund less $50 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. A 50% refund less $50 will be provided for cancellations received by Legion Claims 15–30 days prior to the seminar date, and no refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 15 days of the seminar date. Full payment minus $50 can be credited to another seminar at any time. All no-shows forfeit any refund or credit. Legion may cancel any seminar at any time. Some reasons for Legion to cancel a seminar would include lack of participation, weather, acts of God, availability, etc. All cancellations must be executed by filling out a cancellation form.
